Try to get out and work your body. This could mean going to the gym, which I personally love, or just taking a walk three to five times a week. The choice is completely up to you.
3. Happiness. When you’re happy, you will be healthier. Research has shown that happy people do better at almost everything. The problem is that happiness can be hard to get unless you’re already happy, so start with the little things: make sure your diet is in order, that you are exercising, and that you have friends that support you.
