Healthy Balanced Diet For Healthy BodyNowadays people misappropriate the meaning of diet by not taking the relevant food intake in the process of losing weight or increasing weight. A proper diet consists of a healthy food intake and not stopping of taking foods. A balance diet chart containing healthy nutritious foods which includes both green and non-green items. After long hours of gap through the whole night, breakfast becomes an important meal which should have high carbohydrate and low fat. People can go for Fruit Salad that includes a mix of different kinds of fruits with honey. Other options are boiled eggs which acts as a protein supplement since that carry a lot of amino acids. People can also take milk in their routine diet which helps to form strong bone, good immune system and prevent many diseases. Breakfast made of bread like pancakes can also be an ideal recipe.

Lunch is always considered to be the staple food of the day. It may consist of a little rice, some wraps, soups and salads. Sometimes people can take pieces of chicken with the foods. Soups of all kinds both vegetable like that of mushrooms and cabbage soups; and also chicken soups are always a welcomed recipe on the table. Various types of fruit salads are not only healthy but also tasteful which can accompany the main dish. Wraps with fried chicken or other vegetables can be well fed on. Rice accompanied with pulses is considered as the staple food in many South-east countries including India.

A little bit of tidbits or snacks can be taken in the evening hours which may include a cup of tea or coffee along with some cookies. Some Indian recipe includes noodles, dhoklas, etc.

The dinner is the last meal of the day which should be of short nature but must be quite healthy. A nutritious dinner may include a portion of wholegrain like brown rice, whole-wheat pasta; starchy foods like potatoes. Recipes made of plenty of vegetables like broccoli, peas, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, pasta forms some great salad items. Dairy and eggs can be a high source of protein but can also be high in fat.

Last but not the least, people in order to maintain a proper healthy diet must avoid highly processed foods and fast-foods which are fatty, salty and sugary foods. They should reduce the amount of sweets intake in order to maintain a healthy living.
