Water - Consume six to eight glasses a day to flush out all the toxins. It helps your skin. Stay away from alcohol and carbonated drinks,it will cause dehydration and worsen your condition.

Cod liver oil – Is considered to be a superfood since it contains more vitamin A and Vitamin D per weight compared to any other food. It also has omega-3 which reduces inflammation.

Even if you just take one or two of these superfoods, you will start to see some changes to your skin. But if you are capable of having most of it on a daily basis by incorporating it to your diet, it will make a major difference to your appearance.
