Eat small, frequent meals to provide a steady supply of nutrients to the body. It also speeds up metabolism and prevents overeating. Try to determine your daily calorie requirement. Don’t go too low, otherwise, it will have negative effects to your health and metabolic activity as well.

People of all ages usually look for quick solutions to weight gain. Permanent weight loss, however, still goes back to the two most reliable methods to achieve it. Consistent exercise and a sensible diet are still the best solutions for any kind of weight gain. It’s never too late to start making positive changes in your health habits.
