These are a few natural steps that can help reduce the acne problem:
1- Do not pick, or press or rub the pimples, this can cause skin infection and it can increase chance to leave scares on the face.
2- Wash your face with mild soap and do not over wash your face because that can increase the acne problem, I recommend to use natural products that can be pure and free of chemicals.
3- Watch what you eat, certain food can increase acne like spicy food, sugar, seafood, milk, deep fried food,meat,so eating healthy and more greens can make a difference.
4- Drink more water, drinking 8 cups a day can help the body to get rid of toxins that can be the cause of increasing acne.
5- Do not wear make up that has mineral oil, we know that this ingredient can clog your pores and cause more black head too, wear make up that is water base, make sure too to clean your face before go to bed and clean your make up brushes at least once a weak with soap and water.
6- Avoid oily product, for cleansing and moisturizing and even for hair product, that can go on your for head and cause acne.
7- Oily hair can increase the acne in the forehead, so keep your hair away from your face especially when you sleep.
8- Exercise can help a lot, it can reduce stress, and we all know that stress can cause hormonal imbalance which can lead to acne problem, exercising out side is better for getting fresh air and sun shine that can give you vitamin D which is essential for healthy skin.
